I've spent 16 years selling homes and many of them across Clarksville's south side—Downtown, Sango, Rossview, and Kirkwood—and somewhere in there, it stopped being a zip code and started being home to me. This is my running list of the locally owned places that make it that way: the coffee I actually drive for, the tables worth booking, the studios and shops and small spots that turn a new address into a life. I don't feature the chains. I feature the people building this town. Because putting down roots was never just about the house—it's about knowing where you live and the people who live there with you.
